Choose you Size guarantee or do you select a size?
What is size guarantee? These bracelets always fit. You glue 1 custom side yourself upon receipt, we supply free glue for your leather or rope bracelets. This means you always have a bracelet that fits perfectly as a gift or for yourself. 😉 Prefer a custom bracelet? No problem, if you choose a size, we will use the specified size.
Personally, we prefer to choose 'size guarantee'. This way you can be sure that your bracelet fits well.

Measure wrist size? Do you want to know how to measure your wrist size for a bracelet? Then try the belt method! Grab a belt and place it around your wrist. The size where the belt crosses is your wrist size. When ordering, however, you give your TOTAL LENGTH on the bracelet. Easy and accurate!
Are you sure your bracelet fits? Then choose size guarantee.
- Leather bracelet: we leave 1 side loose and provide free jewelry glue. Stick 1 side to your own size. ;-)
- Wood & Magnet bracelets: come with a free bracelet adjuster.
- Beaded bracelet: this includes free elastic rope and extra beads.
How do I adjust myteaching methodology bracelet'?
Step 1. Determine your bracelet size: Cut the leather wider and fit the bracelet again to make sure it fits correctly.
Step 2. Put a few drops of superglue in the link: Put the leather in the link and try the bracelet again to make sure it fits comfortably.
How do I adjust mybeads bracelet'?
Step 1. Determine how many beads you want to add or remove.
Step 2. Knip of armbands.
Step 3. Store the beads in a container and add or remove what you don't want to use.
Step 4. Thread the beads onto the wire, starting with the additions and ending with the end link.
Step 5. Make two sturdy knots at the beginning and end of the thread.
Step 6. Ask someone to hold the bracelet so that the knot is visible.
Step 7. Apply superglue to the button and let it dry.

How do I adjust myrope bracelet'?
Do you want to customize your rope bracelet? Follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Determine your bracelet size: Cut the rope generously and insert it into the link. Try the bracelet on your wrist and see if it fits comfortably.
Step 2. Cut the rope more generously (keep extra rope): Tuck the rope into the link and try the bracelet on the wrist again to check that it fits correctly.
(OPTIONAL) Harden the end of the rope with a lighter: This makes it easier to push the rope into the link.
Step 3. Put a few drops of instant glue in the link: Put the rope in the link and check again that the bracelet is comfortable.

How do I make a fingerprint?
Step 1. Download the free 'MyFingerprintapp for Apple or Android and easily create a professional black and white drawing of your fingerprint.
Step 2. Take a screenshot of this fingerprint or download it.
Step 3. Upload the fingerprint at the product page. We manually ensure that the fingerprint is placed correctly.
You can also use a photo or scan if you want to use a fingerprint of your loved one.
How fast can you deliver?
In most cases we ship the package the same day. Even if you have your own engraving. Parcels to Belgium are often delivered the next day. You will always receive the track and trace by e-mail.
Is there a rush? Give us your order number and we will put it at the front of the queue.
Is there a gift box?
Yes, it can be added on the shopping cart page. Here you can also enter your own text so that you receive a personalized gift box.

What is the return address?
Bracelets may be returned to Hertog Willemlaan 23, 5961 TK Horst in the Netherlands. Return payment is usually within 5 working days with the same payment method as the order was placed.
