GDPR Privacy statement

It is important to state in advance that we do our utmost to ensure that all our functional cookies limit and anonymize. We do not use Google re-marketing. And Google GA4 makes the IP addresses anonymous. For this reason, our cookie bar is not mandatory.

On this page you will find the privacy statement of the Responsible Party. You are advised to read this privacy statement carefully. Responsible is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 14 11 63 37 and bears the name of this webshop as well as Bracelets. The person responsible can be reached by e-mail at info@brace-let.com.

This privacy statement explains how the Responsible Party handles the processing of personal data. For example, it is indicated which (categories of) personal data are collected and for what purpose the personal data are used. The Responsible Party also indicates the legal basis for the processing of the personal data.  

The processing of personal data by the Responsible Party falls within the legal exemption regulations. For that reason, the processing has not been reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. 

The controller reserves the right to adjust this privacy statement. The current privacy statement was last updated on 15-01-2023.

Types, purposes, legal bases and period of processing of personal data

The controller processes the following personal data:

  • First and last name;
  • E-mail address;
  • Phone number;
  • Address data;
  • Bank account number;
  • Payment method
  • Anonymized IP addresses (think of Google GA4 without re-marketing)
  • Company Name.

The controller processes this personal data of all clients with whom it enters into an agreement. It processes this data in order to contact to record with you, and in order to implement its obligations arising from the agreement.

The e-mail address or telephone number can also be used to inform you about orders, products or services in the future.

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds: consent of the client for the processing of his personal data, and necessity for the execution of the agreement.

The personal data will be stored as long as you have an agreement with the Responsible Party. After the agreement between you and Responsible Party has ended, Responsible Party will remove your personal data from its systems.

Failure to provide personal data means that no agreement can be concluded.

Functional cookies  

Responsible uses on its website functional cookies. A cookie is a piece of data that is placed on your computer by a website. Every time you visit the website of the Controller, it collects basic technical information, such as through which website you came to this website. This privacy statement applies to cookies and similar technology. This website may use functional cookies to provide visitors with tailored information, to collect information, and to track the visitor during the visit to the website. This helps the Controller to provide you with a good user experience.

This privacy statement only applies to this website.

It is possible that this website contains links to other websites that are not managed and/or owned by the Responsible Party. If you have reached another website by clicking on such a link, the privacy statement of that website will apply. Responsible is in no way liable or responsible for external websites or for the privacy statement on those websites. Transfer to third parties 

Your personal data will be shared with third parties if the Controller is obliged to pass on your personal data to competent authorities on the basis of a legal obligation.

Security 

The controller has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing. The website has an SSL certificate, which means that the data is only sent over a secure connection.

Your privacy rights 

You have a number of rights based on the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to request the Controller to inspect (art. 15 GDPR), rectify (art. 16 GDPR) and erase (art. 17 GDPR) your personal data. You also have the right to request the Controller to restrict the processing of personal data (Art. 18 GDPR). Under certain circumstances, you also have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). These privacy rights cannot be exercised in all cases. More information can be found on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority about when it is possible to exercise one or more of these rights.

You can send a request to exercise one of these privacy rights to info@bracelets.nl. The responsible party strives to respond to such requests within two weeks.
